Susan Blake

Susan is a Registered Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of the Wellsprings College of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics. Susan offers massage therapy that Rehabilitates, Relaxes, Rejuvenates and Revives your Body and Soul. She helps to treat muscle pain and dysfunction.
Touch is a very important part of human contact. It helps us feel connected and loved by those around us. Massage uses touch through rubbing or kneading of parts of the body to aid circulation and relax the muscles. Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy. The basic goal of massage therapy is to help the body heal itself and to increase health and wellbeing.
A good massage is an exhilarating experience. Using a variety of techniques: Swedish, sports and lymph drainage massage, myofascial and trigger point release, as well as joint mobilization, Susan provides stress and pain reduction, injury prevention, deep tissue and relaxation massage. She practices with a holistic and client-focused approach that values open communication between therapist and client.
In her spare time, Susan enjoys spending time with her family and taking care of two family pets: West Highland White terriers. Swimming and cycling keep Susan physically active. She, also, loves Pilates and yoga.
